1 head lettuce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 small can LeSueur English peas, drained
2 tbsp. sugar
Bacon bits, crisply fried

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tear crisp lettuce into small to medium pieces and pack into the bottom of a glass bowl (or rectangular dish). 2. Add onions, peppers and peas in layers over lettuce. 3. Spread mayonnaise over the entire top, sealing the edges. 4. Sprinkle the sugar, cheese and bacon over the mayonnaise. 5. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
