4 c. Chicken Broth
1 c. Quick Cooking Grits (uncooked)
1 5oz. pkg Spreadable garlic and Herb Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Fresh Parsley Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to a boil in a medium sauce pan over high heat. Gradually stir in the Quick Cooking grits. Cook stirring constantly for 5-7- minutes or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir in the Garlic Herb Cream Cheese and fresh ground black pepper until cheese is completely melted.
Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
