1 c Potato Liquid
1 1/4 c Milk
3/4 c Margarine
7 c Flour (divided)
3 pkgs. Yeast
3/4 c Sugar
3 tsp. Salt
3 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Take 1 medium potato, cut into small pieces, cook with 2 cups water until tender. Put potato and water into a blender and blend until like soup. In a saucepan, put potato liquid, milk and margarine. Heat slowly until 130º. While liquid is heating, put 2 1/4 c flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. When liquid is ready, add to flour mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup flour and eggs, beat for 2 minutes, then add remaining flour (3 3/4 c) and knead.

This recipe was given to me by Mrs. McAtee. She is famous around Ste. Gen. for her cinnamon rolls!
This recipe makes great cinnamon rolls, cherry rolls and coffee cake.
