1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 can frozen limeade concentrate
1 Tbsp tequila
Juice and zest of one lime
2-3 drops of green food coloring
1 graham cracker crust
whipped topping
lime wedges for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Let a quart of vanilla ice cream soften up in the fridge for about an hour.

Then use a mixer to blend it with some thawed limeade concentrate , fresh lime juice and zest and a dash of green food coloring. Pour into a graham cracker crust and pop in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with some whipped topping and fresh limes.

To make Limoncello Pie, make these substitutions:
Lemonade concentrate for limeade
3 oz Limoncello for tequila
Lemon juice and zest for lime
Yellow food coloring for green
lemon wedges for lime
