2-1/2 lb. ground beef
10 to 15 slices bread (dried out in oven and rolled into crumbs)
2 egg
2-1/2 small onions, chopped
2-1/2 tsp. salt
2 dashes pepper
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
water (enough to mix mixture of crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, combine egg, onion, seasoning and water. Then mix with crumbs. Combine with ground meat. Place half of mixture into bottom of greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Prepare stuffing according to directions. Place stuffing over meat in baking dish. Place remaining meat mixture on top and pat down firmly. Bake uncovered for several hours at 325 degrees until browned. Before serving, pour off grease and cut into squares, serving in baking dish. Yield: 10 squares.
