4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 c. milk
4 c. heavy cream
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into can and freeze as directed.

This recipe was from the booklet that came with our first ice cream freezer. It tastes like Dairy Queen ice cream. The eggs are not cooked so eat at your own risk!
