1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup celery
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 to 3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce, optional
6 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except buns. Cover and cook over low heat, 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Toast buns, if desired. Fill buns with mixture.
