1 unbaked single pie crust

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 t, vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg

1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. cloves
1/2 t. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla together. Place on the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.

Combine pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, sugar, ginger, salt and vanilla. Blend in beaten eggs and evaporated milk.

Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes.
