4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tbs. butter, melted
1 cup flour
2 tbs. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar and salt until smooth. (I put it all in the blender and blend)
2. Heat a medium sized skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Using a serving spoon or small ladle, spoon about 3 tbs. crepe batter into hot pan, tilting the pan so the bottom surface is evenly coated. Cook over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes on a side, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

*They will store in the refrigerator up to one week in a plastic bag. You can also freeze them

I usually double the recipe for our family of 7 and we have a few left over's. Our favorite way to eat them is with fresh berries, bananas, vanilla sauce, and chocolate syrup
