1 large apple, chopped; 2 large green onions, finely chopped, 2/3 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped, 1 cup roast slivered almonds, 1 cup roasted sesame seeds, 3/4 cups hemp seeds, 1.5 cups cooked quinoa

Dressing - 2 T maple syrup, 1/2 t onion powder, 1/4 C orange juice, 1/2 t dried ginger, pinch of salt. Juice of 1/2 lemon and lime. All cloves from one whole roasted garlic bulb

Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Blend dressing ingredient and drizzle over salad
