4 lg baking potatoes
2/3 cup butter
1 lb bacon
2/3 cup flour
4 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 green onions chopped
8 oz sour cream
1 heaping tbsp. chicken base
5 oz cheddar cheese shredded

Cook bacon and crumble up. Wash potatoes and prick several times with a fork. Bake in oven 400º for an hour or microwave for 10 or until done.
Let cool cut potatoes into 1/2 cubes leaving skin on potatoes. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat add flour stirring until smooth. Cook one min stirring constantly gradually add milk and cream over med heat stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbly. Add potato cubes, salt, pepper, green onions, and bacon reserving 1/4 cup of bacon for garnish. Add cheese and chicken base, cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in sour cream and add extra milk if necessary for desired thickness. Garnish with bacon.
