1 lb. beef cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1-1/4 cups water
1 stalk celery
1 small zucchini
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup macaroni
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown. Drain fat. Add all ingredients except cheese. Break up tomatoes; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle bowls of soup with Parmesan cheese.
