1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 3 oz. pkg. cream broken in small pieces
1 4 oz. can pimentos chopped
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup pecans
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup heavy cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple,add water if necessary to make 2 cups. Heat to boiling point. Add gelatin until dissolved, chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white stiffen. Add remaining ingredients except cream. Fold in cream and chill.
