1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Filling
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup of conf. sugar

8 oz. cool whip
2 small instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press with spoon in 9x13x2 pan flour, butter and nuts. Bake 20 minutes in oven at 375º .Remove and let cool 1/2 hour in fridge.

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Then fold in 1/2 carton of cool whip and spread over crust. Put back in fridge for 1/2 hour. Take pudding and milk and beat for 2 minutes. Then spread over cream cheese mix. Then spread remaining cool whip on top and sprinkle with more chopped nuts.
