1 cup elbow macaroni
1 (9 oz.) pkg frozen peas
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Small can of mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into strips
3 medium carrots, cut into strips
1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. crushed pepper

Directions:

Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed. Drain and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl, combine macaroni and peas; set aside. In a skillet, melt margarine; add mushrooms, green pepper, carrots and onions. Stir fry over medium heat until crisp-tender, about 5 to 6 minutes. Drain vegetables and add to macaroni mixture. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey and red pepper; mix well. Pour over macaroni mixture; toss until well coated. Refrigerate until serving time.
