l 1/2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3 to 4 cups sliced and peeled apples
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together Bisquick, sugar, and milk
Blend thoroughly
Pour into 9 x 9 inch baking dish
Top with apples, Sprinkle with lemon juice
Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon
Sprinkle over apples
Pour boiling water over apples
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
