2 cups sugar
1/2 lb butter
6 eggs
2 1/4 cups matzoh cake meal
3/4 cup potato starch
1/2 tsp salt
chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream buter and sugar. Add egs one at a time and beat well. Mix cake meal, potatoe starch and salt and add to butter mixture. Beat by hand. Add chocolate chips.
Grease cookie sheet. Divide batter in half and form two loaves.

Bake @ 350º for 45 min. or until brown on top.
Slice while still warm.
