Ingredients:  
1 Pkg spinach
#2 can bean sprouts, drained
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs
Mix ingredients just before serving

Dressing
1 cup oil
2/3 or 3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 small onion, grated
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Make dressing a head and store in refrigerator
This is a good zesty French Dressing to use on other salads
Pour dressing over prepared spinach mixture and toss thoroughly
