Cheesecake:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. orange zest
⅓ cup orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Brownie Batter:
1 cup milk
¾ cup butter, cubed
1⅔ cup sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 eggs
¼ cup orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1¾ cup flour
½ tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

CHEESECAKE:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add flour until blended. Next add egg, orange zest, orange juice and vanilla.

BROWNIE BATTER:
In a saucepan heat milk and butter, until milk is warm and butter melted. Combine sugar and cocoa; gradually whisk in warm milk mixture. Add eggs, orange juice and vanilla. Sprinkle flour and salt over top; whisk until blended.

Spread ⅔ thirds of batter in a 13x9 baking pan; pour cheesecake batter over top. Drop remaining brownie batter over top and swirl with tip of knife. Bake for 35 min or until edges are set and a few moist crumb cling to tester inserted in center.
