Ingredients:  
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in chunks
3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup water chestnuts
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Any of your favorite vegetables may be added

Directions:
Directions:
In a wok or skillet, add teriyaki sauce and chicken. Stir fry 3 to 5 minutes. Add rice and vegetables.Toss well and heat for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are crisp, tossing frequently. Serve hot.
