1 c. vegetable juice
1/2 c. vodka
1 t. fine sea salt
1 t. ground pepper
1 t, hot sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1 T, Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 t. onion powder
1 t. ground celery seed
1 T. prepared horseradish
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. flank steak
Small celery stalks and leaves, and grilled tomatoes for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for flank steak marinade.
Reserve 3/4 c. for sauce and place remainder in a ziplock bag with steak.
Marinade steak up to 12 hours.
Remove steak from marinate. Either grill or bake steak in oven to medium rare and slice thin on the bias.

With the reminder of marinade place in a sauce pan and cook on medium heat until marinade is reduced and thick.
Pour over steak or serve on the side.
