4 whole chicken breasts
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 med. onion chopped
1 can (7 oz.) Ortega green chili salsa
1 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap chicken breasts in foil and bake at 400 for 1 hour. Bone chicken and cut in large chunks. Cut tortillas into 1" strips, mix soup, milk, onion, chili salsa. Grease large shallow baking dish. Add 2 or 3 Tbsp. juice from chicken. Layer all ingredients, starting with tortillas. Repeat 2 or 3 times, topping with cheese. Allow to stand in refrig. for 24 hours. Bake next day at 300 for 1-1 1/2 hours until bubbly.
