1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
pepper
salt
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 can mushroom soup, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 egg slightly beaten, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, pepper and salt. Press into 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with 2 cups mashed potatoes. Top with remaining 1/2 can soup and 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 10 minutes more at 350.
