Ingredients:  
1 cup uncooked rice cooked
2 packages of frozen crabmeat thawed or equal amount imitation crab flaked and drained
2 tbsp butter 1/2 cup celery
1 can condensed cr of mushroom soup.(add scant 1/2 can of water to thin out soup)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup diced green and red pepper
1/4 diced onion
1/8 tsp
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Melt butter in large skillet
sauté onion, celery, peppers
Remove from heat and stir in soup, cheese, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce and salt
Layer rice and crab mixture in baking dish and pour sauce over all
