2 heads of romaine hearts
1 cup halved and toasted pecans
3 mandarin oranges peeled and sectioned

1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dry mustard 2 tbsp water and 1/2 very small red onion chopped
1 cup light salad oil

Tear lettuce in small prices
Add orange sections in salad bowl
With an immersion blender place dressing ingredients (except oil) in a small bowl
drizzle in oil to make a creamy dressing
Make ahead and refrigerate until ready to toss with dressing
Add pecans and serve
