Ingredients:
2 (2 1/2 lb.) boneless beef chuck roasts
1 (1 oz.) envelope dry ranch style salad dressing mix
1 (1 oz.) envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 (1 oz.) dry brown gravy mix
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour (optional)
1/2 c. water (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chuck roasts in slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and gravy mixes; stir in water and pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 3 to 4 hours or until the meat is tender. To thicken the cooking juices for gravy, at the end of the cooking time transfer the meat to a platter and keep warm. Turn heat to high and bring juices to a boil. Combine 1 tbsp. flour and 1/2 cup water and mix until smooth. (Try putting flour and water into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until well blended.) Pour four mixture in a thin stream into boiling juices, stirring constantly. Continue cooking until thickened. Serve gravy over meat or in a side dish along with meat.
