Glaze:
1 cup honey
1-1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt

Pork:
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix glaze ingredients. In a skillet, simmer pork chops, garlic and onions until onions are transparent and chops are browned. Put this into a baking dish and cover with glaze. Bake at 325-degrees for 1 hour.
