4 lean pork chops
1 Tbsp. oil
1-1/3 cup uncooked instant rice
1 cup orange juice
Salt and pepper
1 can Campbell's chicken rice soup, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in oil on both sides. Sprinkle rice in a greased 9-inch oven safe casserole. Add juice and arrange chops over rice. Salt and pepper. Pour soup over chops and cover. Bake 20 minutes in a 375-degree oven. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more until rice is tender.
