4 pork chops
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup apple juice
1 large apple

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chops and onions in oil until chops are browned and partially done. Remove from pan. Add flour, butter, bouillon and juice; cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat and return chops and onions to pan. Peel apple, slice thickly and place over chops. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, until chops are tender yet done.
