1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. flour
4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 oranges, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt and pepper to flour. Coat chops with seasoned flour. Heat butter and brown chops well on both sides. Arrange chops in shallow dish. Combine sugar, ginger and juice of 1 orange. Pour over chops. Cover with foil and bake at 375-degrees 45 to 50 minutes. Turn chops during cooking. Add water if necessary. Serve with orange slices.
