4 pork chops, boneless
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tsp. vinegar, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet coated with vegetable spray, brown chops well on both sides. While browning, mix orange juice, brown sugar, marmalade and vinegar. Pour over chops. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes until tender. Place chops on plate and spoon sauce over them.
