1 pound linguine (dry is better to start with)
3-4 boneless chicken breast, cut to bite size
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch

Sauce:
1 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch

To cook:

1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
3 green onions chopped
1/8 tsp hot chili paste
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 carrot grated
1 sweet red pepper thinly sliced
handful snow peas sliced on diagonal
handful chopped fresh cilantro

1. In a separate bowl, combine bit size chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch
2. To make sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in bowl and reserve
3. Add vegetable oil in large skillet and add chicken and stir-fry until almost done.
4. Add garlic, ginger, green onions, onions, chili paste, carrots, red pepper, snow peas and cook for several minutes stirring often.
5. Stir up sauce and add to skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minutes. Add noodles. Toss well and then add cilantro.

Makes great leftovers as well
