3 c. All Bran
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs well beaten
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 lb. white raisins
2-1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 t salt
2-1/2 t soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup bran with boiling water. Let it stand till water is soaked up. Mix in oil. Mix 2 c. bran with buttermilk. Combine 2 mixes. Add eggs and sifted dry ingredients. Place in air tight container and store in fridge for up to 6 weeks.

Fill muffin tins 1/2 full.
Bake 20 min.
