2 pork chops
2 sheets heavy duty foil (12x18-inches)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups zucchini
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. basil

Directions:
Directions:
Place each chop in the center of foil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top with zucchini, carrots and onion. Sprinkle with basil. Bring opposite long edges of foil together over top of vegetables and fold down several times. Fold the short ends towards center and crimp tightly to prevent leakage. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350-degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear and vegetables are tender.
