1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
Chicken pieces or breasts
1/4 cup melted butter
Parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Put Rice Krispies in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. In a bowl, mix this with flour, salt, thyme and poultry seasoning. Dip chicken in melted butter, roll in crumbs, covering both sides, then place in baking pan. Pour any remaining butter over chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 400-degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
