1 pound beef stew meat
1 (10 oz) can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 ounces cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:

1. Heat a large frying pan with oil until almost smoking and add
beef and brown on 2 sides only. Add the onions to this searing in the last few minutes. Scrap pot bottom and add to slow cooker with beef, onion, worchestershire sauce, water, sliced mushrooms and mushroom soup.

2. Cook on Low setting for 8 hours, or on High setting for about 5 hours. Stir in cream cheese just before serving.

Serve over rice or noodles. Broad Egg Noodles resembling small lasagna noodles work great.
