Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1/4 c. warm water (not hot 110 degrees) 1 package yeast 1 t. sugar 1 c. sour cream 3 T. sugar 1/8 t. soda 1 t. salt 1 large egg 2 T. soft butter 3 c. sifted flour Filling 1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 t. cinnamon Quick White Icing

Directions:	Directions: Place warm water in bowl and stir in yeast and sugar to dissolve. Let yeast set until beginning to bubble. Stir in remaining ingredients. Let dough rise to double in size. Turn dough onto lightly floured board and fold over several times until smooth. Roll into an oblong 24x6. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with filling. Fold in half lengthwise. Cut in 1 inch pieces and twist. Place on baking sheets and let rise until double (1 hour). Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. While warm frost with Quick White Frosting.
