2 cans salmon
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs separated
2/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour baking powder and salt together. Combine beaten egg yolks milk and lemon juice. Pour into flour mixture and stir til smooth Add salmon. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, fold into salmon mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot oil in frypan. Fry til browned.
