3 cups bean sprouts
1 large onion, sliced
Celery
Mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth, divided
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 to 2 cups cooked chicken, cut in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Put vegetables in pan with 1/2 cup broth. Cook 10 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, 1/2 cup broth and the corn starch. Cook and stir until thickened. Add chicken.
