¼ cup oil
1 medium onion, sliced
½ cup flour
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. granulated garlic
2 lbs. round steak, cut into serving size pieces
1-12 oz. container beef broth
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Preheat oil in 12 inch skillet on medium heat. Add onion to skillet. In shallow dish combine flour, pepper, paprika and garlic. Dredge meat through flour mixture, with meat hammer, gently pound flour mixture into meat. Move and turn onion aside in pan and brown meat in oil, about 5 minutes each side. Add broth, cover and simmer on med-low for 1 hour, turning once. In small bowl, mix together mustard, sour cream and Kitchen Bouquet. Pour over meat, cover and simmer 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
