1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
¼ cup onion, diced finely
¼ cup green pepper, diced finely
⅓ cup bread crumbs
1-10½ can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
4 oz. sliced mushrooms, canned or fresh
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 T. Kitchen Bouquet
Salt to taste

Directions:
In medium bowl, mix together; ground beef, onion, green peppers, egg and oatmeal. Shape into four patties. In 12 inch skillet brown patties on each side until done in center. Add mushrooms to pan. In medium bowl mix together soup, milk, pepper, and Kitchen Bouquet. Pour over patties and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove and serve. Makes 4 servings.
