1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 large bell peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
29 oz. beef broth
1 (14 oz.) can mushroom pieces


Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven or large stock pot, brown ground beef, onions, and bell peppers until the meat is done; drain. Stir in broth, soup, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cooked rice and heat through.
