1 3 oz. pkg lime jello
1 c. hot pear juice
1 tsp. milk or cream
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
pears from 1 large can

Directions:
Directions:
- Dissolve jello in pear juice. Chill until slightly thickened
- Cream cream cheese in 1 tsp. milk or cream; add to jello mixture
- Mash pears; beat in to jello mixture
- Fold in the cream whipped fairly stiff (1 1/2 cups)
- Pour into 1 qt. mold
- Needs to stand at least 8 hrs. or overnight

Gram usually made this for Easter dinner. Grandmother would always prepare this in her four-leaf clover jello mold for St. Patrick's Day dinner.
