1-3 oz Lemon flavored gelatin (jelly powder)
1 2/3 cup tomato juice
1/2 tsp salt
pepper just a pinch
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup finely chopped peeled apple
1/4 cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Put gelatin, tomato juice, salt, pepper and onion powder in medium size saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Stir now and then.
Fold apple and celery into thickening gelatin. Pour into mold or a serving dish.

Tomato shrimp aspic: Add 1 tin of rinsed and drained shrimp to thickened gelatin.
