14 oz crushed pineapple(with juice)
1 cup sour cream
1 box of instant vanilla pudding powder
(4 serving size)
baked 9 inch pie shell or graham crumbs
Topping
whipping cream ( or cool whip )
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread evenly in pie shell or graham crumb mix chill until set.
Topping: Beat all 3 ingredients in medium bowl until soft peaks form.
spread evenly over pineapple mixture. If your using cool whip in place of whipped cream omit sugar and vanilla extract.
(can also double if making 2 pies)
