16 oz. penne pasta
24-32 oz. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
8 oz. cottage or ricotta cheese
8 oz. ground beef, browned

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well. Stir sauce into pasta and pour 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread cottage or ricotta cheese in a thin layer over the pasta. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella over the cottage or ricotta cheese layer. Spread ground beef over layers of cheese. Pour remaining pasta/sauce mixture over the beef layer. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until center is hot.
