1-15 oz. can creamed corn
¾ cup milk
12 small squares soda crackers, crumbled
1 egg, slightly beaten
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:

Spray 1½ quart casserole with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes . Makes 4 servings.
