1 cup diced onion
1½ cups carrots, sliced
4 T. butter
2½ tsp. salt
2 cups celery, diced
2 cups frozen green beans
1 cup green pepper
1-32 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. pepper
3 tsp. minute Tapioca

In 2½ quart casserole, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray,
mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
