1 1/2 pounds sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pound Velveeta Shreads
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeņo, seeds removed and diced finely

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into four cheese rolls and wrap in plastic wrap. Cheese rolls will keep up to three to four weeks in the refrigerator. May be frozen.
