1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
Flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine egg, milk, bread crumbs, 1/2 c. onion, salt, 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape into meatballs. Combine flour and paprika. Roll meatballs in flour mixture. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in hot shortening. Drain off excess fat. In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, pour over meatballs. Cover at bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Skim off excess fat. Serve with noodles.
